  • We’re based in Derby but work across the Midlands; including Nottingham, Leicester, Birmingham and the wider UK. We also travel for projects across Europe where required. Travel costs are included for the Midlands, and are quoted individually based on distance and logistics further afield.

  • Every shoot begins with a consultation to understand your goals, audience and brand personality. From there, we build a creative brief and shot list, followed by mood boarding to align on style, colour and lighting. Everything is tailored to your business, ensuring a smooth and collaborative process from start to finish.

  • Absolutely - we provide full creative direction on every project. Whether it’s styling a food scene, arranging products, or helping your team feel comfortable in front of the camera, we oversee every detail to ensure the visuals feel natural, polished and on-brand.

  • We do both. Our Derby-based studio is perfect for controlled lighting and setup work, while many clients prefer us to shoot on-site in their own spaces; restaurants, offices, event venues or production environments. We bring the same professional approach wherever we work.

  • That depends on the brief. Smaller sessions like headshots or menu refreshes can be completed in a few hours, while full brand or lifestyle shoots typically require a half or full day. We’ll always advise on timing during the planning stage.

  • You’ll receive your edited images within 7–10 working days. Larger commercial projects may vary depending on complexity, but we’ll agree delivery timelines in advance to fit your marketing schedule.

  • Every quote includes planning and consultation, the shoot itself, and professional editing. You’ll receive fully edited, high-resolution images via an online gallery, ready to use across web, print and social media.

  • Yes - all images come with full commercial usage rights for web, social media and marketing. Extended licensing for large-scale or national advertising campaigns can also be arranged if needed.
